CAPACITY BUILDING

Capacity building is an integral part of implementing IT Initiatives in the Government Sector. Trigma's capacity building framework has been enabling various Government Agencies/ Departments to adopt and self sustain various e-Governance initiatives.

We at Trigma provide full support in terms of application usage training aimed at skill enhancement of the client. Our training is role-based; teaching the user to obtain the maximum benefit from implemented IT applications as this relates to their organizational role. To this end, we focus on the users' responsibilities and goals in using the application whether administrative, analytical or managerial, to name a few.

This is the process of ensuring that the Government Agencies/ Departments and their employees have necessary skills and knowledge to understand various IT initiatives.

Training is hands-on, using the product in customized case studies that mirror the Government Agencie's/ Department's day-to-day processes.
